Delivery Conditions

As Yuya Furniture, we work meticulously to ensure that the products you purchase reach you as quickly and safely as possible. All details about our delivery processes are provided for your information below.

Delivery Time

• Delivery time for purchased products varies depending on stock status and production process.
• Delivery time for products in stock is between 3-7 working days within Istanbul and 7-15 working days outside Istanbul.
• For custom production or personalized design products, delivery time may vary between 21-30 business days depending on product features.

Delivery Areas

• We offer delivery service throughout Türkiye.
• Deliveries within Istanbul are made directly by the Yuya Mobilya team.
• Deliveries outside of Istanbul are carried out through contracted logistics companies.

Delivery Charges

• Our deliveries to certain areas within Istanbul are free of charge.
• For deliveries outside of Istanbul, the shipping cost may vary depending on the volume of the product and the delivery address.
• You can get information about delivery costs and details from our customer representative before ordering.

Delivery Method

• Delivery is made in front of the building.
• An installation team is also organized for our customers who request installation service. Installation service may be charged separately.
• Additional transportation service may be required for delivery in buildings with no elevator, narrow staircases or high-rise buildings. In this case, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Things to Consider During Delivery

• When receiving the product, the packaging must be checked, and in case of any damage or deficiency, a report must be kept by the delivery person.
• Yuya Furniture does not accept any responsibility for damages that may occur due to cargo in products received without a report.

Return and Exchange Conditions

• If a manufacturing defect is detected in the product after delivery, we must be notified within 7 business days.
• Exchange or return processes can be initiated provided that the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
