Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”), yuyamobilya.com visitors to the website and users who are members of the site (“Members”)
Yuya Furniture (“Company”) has been arranged under the following terms and conditions.

3. Member's Rights and Obligations

4. Rights and Obligations of the Company

5. Termination of Membership

• If the company detects that the member has acted contrary to this agreement or the site usage rules, it has the right to cancel the membership unilaterally.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All images, contents, brands and designs on yuyamobilya.com belong to Yuya Mobilya. Members cannot copy, reproduce, publish or distribute these contents without permission.

7. Entry into Force of the Agreement

• The member is deemed to have accepted this agreement by filling out the membership form on the website and checking the "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement" box.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise regarding this Agreement.
• The parties will try to resolve disputes primarily through negotiation.
